Order Processing Time

In-stock items: If your selected style and size are available, your order will be dispatched within two working days of confirmation.

Made-to-order, customized, or out-of-stock items: These are specially crafted for you and require two to three weeks for production and dispatch, depending on the complexity and detailing.

Popular styles in stock: Certain styles, like our one-size cotton kurtas, are generally available off-the-shelf. Feel free to contact us to confirm availability.

Sizes 3XL and above: Kurtas in sizes 3XL and above are usually made to order to ensure the perfect fit.

Accelerated Delivery

Need your order faster? We offer same-day delivery in Delhi/NCR and next-day delivery in major metro cities and serviceable pin codes* for in-stock styles and sizes upon request.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping (India): We offer free shipping across India. Once processed and ready for dispatch, your order is typically delivered within 3–5 working days via our trusted courier partners.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors such as courier delays, festive periods, or public holidays. Shubhami is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners.

International Shipping: At present, we do not accept international orders.

Ordering Multiple Products

If your order includes multiple items with different dispatch timelines, we will ship them together once all pieces are ready.

We offer size and color customizations on request.
