Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are unused, undamaged, or simply not as per expectation, as each piece is crafted with care and attention.

- Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and sent back with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products that are used, washed, damaged, or customized are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
How to Return a Product

- For accepted returns, please send the item via a registered courier service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Videos must be unedited and authentic. Edited or suspicious videos will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and validated, we will offer a replacement, exchange for another product of the same value, or a refund within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method after approval by our quality team.
- Shipping costs for returns (in case of accepted damaged/defective returns) are to be borne by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Promotions & Sale Items
- Products purchased on discounted prices or during sale events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- No additional coupons or promotions apply to discounted items. Discount validity is subject to stock availability and may change without notice.
Quality Assurance
- All products are documented and quality-checked before dispatch.
- Returned items will undergo a quality check once received. Only after approval will they be eligible for a refund.
